Mozyr Medical College
is a multidisciplinary educational institution which trains specialists in three specialties: Nursing, Medicine, Medical and diagnostic work.
408 students study in college. There is a successfully operating department of continuing medical education to secondary education.
Educational process is provided by 50 full-time teachers. Among them: 1 PhD, 1 - Associate Professor, 24 have the highest qualification category. There are also those whose daily hard work, professionalism and personal contribution to the training of nursing care were awarded medals "For Valiant Labor" "Veteran of Labor" sign "The Best Pupil of Health Care", Diploma of the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Health , diplomas of the Republican contests.
College professors are constantly working at improving their professional skills by participating in seminars, conferences, round tables, conducting master classes, open training sessions and extracurricular activities.
Innovative teaching technologies with an emphasis on practical training are used in the educational process. Methodological support of educational process is improved, the laboratory base is modernized. Today the college has 6 classrooms, 18 laboratories, two computer classes. To services of teachers and pupils are provided: the assembly hall for 320 seats, a sports and fitness center, a shooting gallery, sports grounds, a dining room for 120 people,a dormitory for nonresident pupils for 340 seats, a library with a book fund – 34233 copies that allows to organize educational process, practical training, a life, work on educating pupils.
