CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION OF FOREIGN NATIONALS
Enrollment of foreign citizens and stateless persons permanently residing in foreign countries (hereinafter - persons without citizenship), in accordance with international treaties of the Republic of Belarus, including interdepartmental, is made by the colleges which are in agreement with the central governmental authority in charge of which they are located.
Admission on terms of payment of foreign citizens and stateless persons who reside in the Republic of Belarus on legal grounds and with the necessary level of previous education, is based on contracts concluded by colleges with foreign citizens and stateless persons, or their representatives, in addition to the conditions that, the legislation provides for liability of the parties to pay the costs, if necessary, to send a foreign citizen from the Republic of Belarus.
Foreign citizens and stateless persons, arriving for study, are enrolled to the college after passing the obligatory medical examination in the territorial organizations of the health care, defined by the college, confirming absence of contra-indications for training in Republic of Belarus, by results of total tests upon termination of preparatory courses, training courses.
A necessary condition for admission of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the training is that they have an identity document, the appropriate visa and mandatory health insurance contract, designed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
If international treaties of Republic of Belarus established other conditions, than those provided by these Rules, the rules of the international treaty are applied.
DOCUMENTS PROVIDED BY FOREIGN CITIZENS
Foreign citizens and stateless persons (or their representatives) submit to the selection committee the following documents:
- the application for admission on training with the indication of specialty;
- the certificate (document) on education with the indication of the studied subjects and received marks (points)for them at examinations;
- the conclusion of the medical and consulting commission issued by the territorial organization of health care of Republic of Belarus (after passing of obligatory medical examination);
- medical certificate about a state of health and the certificate on absence the HIV infection which has been given out by official body of health care of the country from which the applicant came;
- the copy of the birth certificate certified in accordance with the established procedure;
- 6 photos 3 x 4 of cm;
- certificate of completion of the preparatory department, preparatory courses colleges (at the end of the preparatory department, preparatory courses colleges).
These documents, executed in a foreign language, should be accompanied by their translation into Belarusian or Russian, certified by a notary.
Identity document is presented by the applicant personally.
